It is said that we have stopped eating breakfast, which means that one deprives himself of breakfast, or he is told that if you don't eat breakfast, you will lose weight, although what happens is that by not eating breakfast, you will lose weight. Obesity is usually more dangerous than obesity from overeating. The hadith of Ibn Asaqir is blessed for this. The best breakfast is the one that is eaten early in the morning, and the science that has interpreted it is that breakfast must be made within half an hour of waking up in the morning, even if one biscuit is not eaten if so. There is nothing wrong with skipping lunch; breakfast should be eaten within half an hour of waking up, and dinner should be eaten shortly before going to bed.
