last 2 ayat of surah baqarah |
surah baqarah last 2 ayat | Two lights were found
The merit of the last two verses of Surah Baqarah is that after reading them, whatever is asked from Allah, grant it. It is said in the hadith that one day Jibraeel (peace be upon him) was sitting with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he saw the door to heaven open. When he heard the voice of Gabriel, he raised his head and said to the Prophet: This is one of the gates of heaven. No angel has ever opened this door before today. An angel has descended who has never come to earth before today. No prophet has been given before you. These two lights have not been given to any prophet. The first light Surah Fatiha. This is the light that no prophet has seen. No prophet before him has been given such a surah. And the second light is its last two verses. Whoever recites these verses of Surah Baqarah and then asks for a, he will surely get what he asked for (Muslim). That if a person recites them at night, the devil will not enter the house that night and surround his family members at night, there will be no calamity, sickness, grief, etc., and if these verses read these ten verses to a madman and he will understand them. These four verses are the beginning of Surah Baqarah, then the middle three verses i.e. Ayat al-Kursi and two verses after that, and finally the three verses of Surah Baqarah are in a holy hadith. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Allah has finished Surah Al-Baqarah with these two verses which I have bestowed from the special treasure that is under the throne, so learn these verses." You teach women and children.
