Virtue of Ayat al-Kursi.
This verse is al-Kursi, which is the greatest verse of all the verses of the Holy Qur'an and whose great virtue is proven by authentic hadiths. This verse is a comprehensive verse. Allah Anhu narrates that the Prophet ﷺ asked him: “O Abu Munzar! Do you know which is the greatest verse of Allah in your book? I replied, Allah and His Messenger ﷺ know best. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked (again): O Abu Manzar! Do you know which is the greatest verse of Allah in your book? He said, "Look at me, I am teaching you some words from which Allah Ta'ala will benefit you." I said, "What are those words?" He said, "When you come to bed, recite the Ayat al-Kursi ( ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻻ ﺍﻟﻪ ﺍﻻ ﻫﻮﺍﻟﺤﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻮﻡ ) till the end. You will be protected by a guardian from Allah throughout the night, and no devil will protect you until morning." Qur'at will not come. I saw him. In the morning, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Tell me about your prisoner of the night?" "I submitted, O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! He said that he will teach me some words from which Allah Ta'ala will benefit me (listen to him). I submitted, he said to me that when you go to bed, read the complete verse from the beginning to the end, then Allah Almighty will protect you from it all night and no devil will protect you from it until morning. You are close. He will not be able to come. The Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace) was very interested in learning about Khairubhalai. Hearing this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He has spoken the truth to you, while he himself is a liar, O Abuhar." May Allah be pleased with him? (Bukhari, Kitab al-Wakalah) From this habit, along with the virtue of Ayat al-Kursi, it is also known that this verse is Ayat al-Kursi from the Messenger of Allah.

This is also not confirmed by any text regarding Ay Al-Karsi. There is a hadith related to reciting Ayat al-Kursi after ablution. This is the hadith. On Nafee on Ibn Umar Rafa'ah: From the recitation of Ayat al-Kursi on the effect of ablution, Allah gave the reward of forty scholars, raising him to forty degrees, and giving him forty wives. (Musnad Al-Firdous and Kinz Al-Umaal) Translation: Allah gives the reward of forty years to the one who recites Ai-ul-Kursi after ablution, raises him forty degrees and gives him forty wives every hour. This narration is false and false. Muqatal bin Sulaiman is a very famous false narrator. As if the virtue of reciting Ay Al-Kursi after ablution is not proven by hadith.There is merit in reciting Ay Al-Kursi at night (before sleeping). "If you leave a poor person on a couch, then it will not separate you from Allah, the Exalted, and the Shaytaan will not come near you until the morning" (Bukhari). Translation: It is in Al-Bukhari Sharif that when you get out of bed and sit on the chair, a guard is appointed by Allah Ta'ala and Satan will not come near you until morning. From this hadith, the virtue of reciting Ay Al-Kursi at night before going to sleep is known. It is clear that reciting it three times is not permissible because it is not mentioned in the hadith of Rasool.
