اول آخر 3 تین مرتبہ دُرود پاک پڑھ کر 100مرتبہ 

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم 

100 times and after recitation, you blew on water and then you drank this water on which you had blown. Then tomorrow, perform this invocation in the same manner and then the day after tomorrow, recite it 100 times in the same way and blow on water and drink it. This is the invocation of three days. If you have body aches or a complaint about anything or a sore throat, recite it only 100 times for three days with Salat before and after it, blow on water and drink it, 

your throat will be healed and you will feel better. Now I would like to give you a suggestion. Look, cold drinks, similarly the things which affect the throat, sour items and those foods which are fatty and oily and increase cholesterol, you should be careful of these things too and avoid them and  by the mercy of Allah Almighty, your throat will recover, chest diseases will be cured and you will feel a satisfaction and comfort in yourself.
